Florida Fresh Cleaning started in South East Florida out of necessity — and grew into the rest by doing the first part well.
How we started
It began with real estate agents
The company was started by real estate agents who needed dependable cleaning for staging and moving services. When a listing photographs on Tuesday, the clean has to happen on Monday — and it has to be right the first time, because there is no second walkthrough.
That deadline pressure shaped how we work. It has since expanded well past staging into residential and commercial cleaning across South East Florida, but the standard came from those first jobs.
Our team is just that — our team
Most cleaning companies grow by subcontracting. We hire instead: hard-working people who believe in excellence and consistency, brought on as employees, screened before they start, and trained on our own methods before they enter a client's home.
It's a slower way to grow. It's also why you see the same faces, why we carry the liability rather than passing it to a contractor, and why there is always someone accountable.
